Role and key responsibilities
* File management: Opening, closing and maintaining accurate records, scheduling, archiving, and managing deeds.
* Administrative support: Photocopying, printing, scanning, liaising with the Reprographics Team, assisting with online cash management forms, and collaborating with the Finance Team.
* Travel coordination: Researching train, flight and accommodation options.
* Document preparation: Preparing files, bundles, indexing and creating e‑bibles.
* Event support: Collaborating with PAs to organize marketing events, name badge creation, client greetings and delegate materials.
* Document management: Profiling documents in iManage, uploading files to data sites and creating hyperlinks.
* Ad hoc assistance: Retrieving land and property records from external websites, booking internal meeting rooms, maintaining client contacts in the firm’s database, and providing additional support as needed.
Skills and experience
* Previous administrative experience: Advantage if prior experience in an office environment.
* Client service excellence: Dedication to outstanding client service, professional and courteous interactions.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills: Clear communication to build relationships.
