F/T Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk required for Newry. Duties will include: Invoice and supplier reconciliations Resolving transaction queries Preparing supplier payments The provision of cover across other functions within the Finance Team Any other duties required to fulfill the role. Essential Criteria: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced finance environment Experience using a fully integrated IT system for invoice payments Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Maintains confidentiality when handling financial information Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
