Learning Support Assistant – Newcastle (Secondary Schools)
Pay: £90–£115 per day (PAYE, no umbrella companies)
Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas

We’re looking for compassionate, proactive Learning Support Assistants to join our secondary school partners across Newcastle. You’ll be part of a team that helps students thrive – supporting learning in and out of the classroom, building confidence, and creating those lightbulb moments that make education meaningful.
Whether you’ve worked in education before or are stepping into something new, if you’ve got patience, positivity, and a knack for connecting with young people, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting students with additional learning needs (academic, emotional, or behavioural)
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Helping pupils stay motivated and confident in class
Building positive relationships that make every school day a success
What you’ll need
Experience supporting children or young people (in schools, youth work, or care settings)
A calm, encouraging approach and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for helping students achieve their best
