You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning in a positive and structured environment. From providing 1:1 support to assisting small groups, your role will be at the heart of the classroom. What you’ll be doing: Supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom routines Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils to meet individual needs Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to adapt resources and strategies We’re looking for someone who: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting Brings patience, empathy, and adaptability to the role Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike Why join Protocol Education?
