Financial Planning Administrator/Receptionist (Financial Planning Firm)
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £28,000
NJR Recruitment is currently working alongside a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Insurance Brokers who are now recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Receptionist. This opportunity has arisen due to internal progression.
The role involves working with a busy team of Financial Planners to provide support, ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, the role includes reception cover two days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Process new business, client illustrations, valuations, and schedule client appointments.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures including TCF, T&C, and financial crime policies (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption).
3. Greet clients, check their details, and provide refreshments as appropriate.
4. Answer phones, take detailed messages, and direct calls accordingly.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, sorting, and distribution.
6. Organise outgoing post for collection.
7. Maintain tidiness of reception and meeting rooms.
8. Perform photocopying and prepare client files.
9. Carry out general administrative duties, including LOA processing.
10. Print and post signature documents when necessary.
11. Manage and input data into the database.
The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience with a good knowledge of Pensions and Investments. Reception or front-of-house experience, delivering first-class service to clients and colleagues, is also desirable.
