Person Power is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Residential Support Workers (Night Wake) to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis. This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Children's Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing waking night practical and emotional support
* Assisting with daily living activities and routines ( no personal care )
* Promoting independence, dignity xsngvjr and respect at all times
* Supporting with care plans
* Working as an effective team member and communicating effectively
* Following safeguarding procedures and organisation policies
