The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of schools and supply educators, with the goal of increasing the number of teaching days booked each week. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about making a difference in education.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow usage and revenue (“days booked”) across your portfolio of schools
* Build strategic, long-term partnerships with headteachers and business managers
* Nurture, support, and retain our educator community—ensuring a high level of engagement and repeat bookings
* Analyse booking data to identify trends, fill-rate gaps, and churn risks, and take appropriate actions
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve offerings and user experience
About You
* 2–4+ years’ experience in B2B account management—experience in EdTech, SaaS, or recruitment is highly desirable
* Experience within the education industry is a must
* Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills
* Able to manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts effectively
* Data-literate: confident using CRMs and dashboards to guide decision-making
* A clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on client success
