We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support the Finance Manager with period-end reporting, expense management, and financial administration. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
2. Assist with period-end management accounts.
3. Manage expense system and resolve queries.
4. Administerpany credit card returns.
5. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.
6. Monitor finance tickets and report KPIs.
7. Process supplier invoices and support the wider Finance team.
8. Identify efficiencies and assist with automation projects.
Candidate Requirements
9. Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with 2+ years experience
10. Strong Excel skills and experience in period-end reporting.
11. Proven track record of improving financial processes.
12. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
13. Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
