The museum's exhibition spaces host a wide variety of experiences, from interactive family fun to cutting-edge science, using amazing objects and precious items from the Science Museum Group’s own collection and from around the world to tell authentic stories.
The National Science and Media Museum are recruiting for a number of roles which make up their visitor facing teams, to support the reopening of the museum, and new gallery spaces.

Main Responsibilities
• Greeting and welcoming all museum visitors
• Ensuring that all visitors have a good customer experience
• Signposting to relevant galleries within the museum
• Dealing effectively with all customer enquiries
Desirable Skills
• Good general IT skills
• How to use a till or ticketing system
