Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to exceed sales targets
Deliver outstanding customer service and in-store experience
Drive profitability through effective processes, controls, and operational excellence
Uphold Health & Safety standards and ensure a safe working environment

Collaborate with Area and Senior Managers to share performance insights and plans
