As Telemarketing Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for generating leads through outbound telephone calls. You’ll be engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote our brand, products & services.
Main Duties:
* Making outbound calls to our CRM to generate leads for the sales, service & hire teams.
* Meeting individual telemarketing lead targets.
* Prospecting future business by actively engaging and developing new business opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer data within the CRM.
* Improving data quality of the CRM by appending with additional information.
* Adhering to compliance and data protection regulations (et. GDPR, TPS)
Skills & Person Specification:
* Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and diarising call-backs.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* An enthusiastic, resilient, individual who is proactive in achieving business goals.
* Good understanding of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamic).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
