We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Head of Maths to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a teacher seeking career progression or an existing leader looking to join a supportive, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be able to teach Maths across all key stages, including A Level.
The Maths department comprises twelve specialist staff and is one of the most successful faculties within the school. The department consistently achieves outstanding results, demonstrating exceptional progress at all levels. We pride ourselves on our supportive environment that fosters professional growth for both leaders and practitioners. Maths is highly popular at A-Level, with Core Maths and Further Maths also offered in the Sixth Form. Many students progress to top universities to study maths-related subjects.
As part of a forward-thinking, creative faculty, you will join a collaborative team that values innovation in teaching and learning. We also offer a vibrant extracurricular programme, including regional Maths Challenge Competitions, adding extra dimension to our Maths curriculum.
