Roles: Business Development Executive Salary: £25-30K DOE OTE: Uncapped commission, OTE c£50K Location: Belfast Our Client is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT services to business customers throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland. They are looking to grow their dynamic team with a highly motivated Business Development Executives who have the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of their team you will be setting new business appointments for their filed-based business development managers to attend. They supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband. Duties - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call data - Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers - Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns - Record and update customer information in the database - Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets - Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions Requirements - Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively - Strong phone presence and active listening skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: Sales Business Development Lead Generation
