HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our dedicated New Build team. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in the fast-paced new build sector and are committed to providing exceptional service to clients purchasing new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of new build property transactions from inception to completion.
* Conduct thorough due diligence and legal checks specific to new build properties.
* Prepare and review contracts, handling initial reservations and assisting with any queries from clients and developers.
* Communicate effectively with clients, developers, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation and regulations.
* Coordinate with property developers and liaise with relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Provide clients with expert legal advice and ensure they are kept informed at every stage of the process.
* Stay updated on industry practices and legal developments pertinent to new build properties.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with experience in new build property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and client-focused approach to managing relationships.
* Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
* Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* A keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Membership with the Law Society or relevant professional body is advantageous.
