I'm proud to be recruiting an experienced Payroll and Pensions Manager to lead and manage the payroll function for a well established and popular organisation within the Peterborough area.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant payment of salaries and pensions for all staff, while acting as an subject-matter expert on payroll legislation and best practice.
The Payroll and Pensions Manager role will include
Overseeing the end-to-end payroll operation for my client and its subsidiary company, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, financial regulations and employment legislation.
Working closely with Finance, HR, external agencies and senior leaders, you will provide detailed payroll analysis, forecasts and reporting to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
The role also includes full responsibility for pensions administration across different schemes, auto-enrolment compliance, statutory reporting to HMRC, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service for staff payroll and pension queries.

About you
You must have strong knowledge of running high volume payrolls and dealing with pension queries.
Ideally you will also have a CIPP Payroll qualification (level 4) or be working towards this. Benefits and working hours
