Private Client Solicitor Role As a Private Client Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of private client work, including: Drafting wills and advising on estate planning Trust creation, administration and inheritance tax planning Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Court of Protection applications and elderly client matters Probate and estate administration Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estates You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, with the opportunity to take on more complex and high-value work as your career progresses.
