Plumbing & Heating Engineer –Gas Qualified Salary: £37,215.84 | Location: Properties around North Wales | Hours: 40 hrs a week, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30 | Permanent Company van & fuel card provided About the Role As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer at ClwydAlyn, you will be a key member of our Planned Works team, delivering full kitchen, bathroom, and wet room refurbishments across our homes. The role is predominantly planned refurbishment work, with a small component of gas appliance installation (cookers, CK1) for qualified candidates. You will work on upgrading properties to a high standard, ensuring safe, comfortable, and modern homes for our residents, while following all relevant regulations and maintaining excellent records. What You’ll Be Doing Planned Refurbishments: Install and upgrade kitchen and bathroom pipework, fit wet room formers and shower trays, and replace bathroom suites. Plumbing Maintenance: General plumbing repairs such as leaks, taps, radiators, and altering pipework. Gas Work: Install and reconnect gas cookers (CK1 qualification required). Collaboration: Work closely with the Planned Maintenance and Asset teams to deliver refurbishment programmes efficiently. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate timesheets, job logs, and updates for planners and asset officers.
