Job Summary
As a Junior Sales professional in Amstels Structured Products and AMC team, you will support client relationships, develop expertise in financial products, and contribute to business growth across Asia, focusing on North Asian markets.
Responsibilities
* Support client acquisition and manage relationships for structured investment solutions
* Collaborate with senior sales professionals to present and promote Structured Products and AMCs to clients
* Execute trades and oversee post-trade processes with accuracy and efficiency
* Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential client opportunities
* Develop and deliver presentations for products and client events to enhance engagement
* Participate in training programs to expand product knowledge and improve sales skills
* Support market expansion initiatives and stakeholder engagement in China through effective communication and cultural understanding
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or relevant internships
* University background in economics or Banking and Finance
* Proficient in MS Office and general IT applications
* Experience working with and serving the China market
* Strong understanding of Chinese customer behavior, business environment, and market requirements
* Native or high-level proficiency in Chinese language and familiarity with local business culture
* Strong technical skills and genuine interest in global financial markets
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
* Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, motivation, and goal orientation
