About the Role We’re currently recruiting a Female Relief Nights Support Worker to work within the people we supports in our service at Bisley Drive. Working in this role you would need to be resilient, have an open mind, and have a non-judgmental approach, so this would appeal to people who share a real interest in Mental Health. You’ll provide overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort for the people we support. Every shift is different, and you’ll play a key role in supporting a variety of needs, helping individuals feel secure and cared for. What You’ll Be Doing You will be supporting service users in their own homes in the local community, and assisting people with; aily living tasks which may include attending meetings and appointments Supporting with medication, routines, and health-related task Light domestic duties and maintaining and support maintaining their tenancy Responding promptly and professionally to any needs during the night Supporting with meal preperation Supporting with any community treatment order requirements Communicating effectively with families and professionals Promoting independence and dignity in everything you do Relief support, fully flexible to be able to work days and nights if and when needed. ✅ What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident and compassionate individual with experience in support work (or a strong desire to learn).
