Overview
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Commercial Services team, delivering the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment to our adult learners.
Responsibilities
* Deliver teaching and assessment for the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment.
* Prepare and provide engaging instructional materials and sessions.
* Deliver sessions at the Chichester campus and, where required, at employer premises for bespoke courses.
* Maintain accurate learner records and provide timely feedback.
* Work collaboratively with the Commercial Services team to continually improve the course.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in a Construction specialism.
* Experience teaching and assessing the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety (or a related qualification).
* Strong communication, organisational and team‑working skills.
* Self‑motivated, flexible approach to work and willingness to use own transport for site visits.

Appraisal and Working Hours
Pay: £26.85 – £41.87 per hour, variable hours. There are no guaranteed minimum hours of work for this post.
