You will be working for a mufti national organisation based in the centre of Preston who operate in the Facilities Services industry, specialising in electricalpliance and safety services.
Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions over the phone, scheduling appointments, coordinating engineer visits, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments and respond to customer queries.
2. Schedule engineers efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
3. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
4. Maintain and update internal systems with accurate customer and job data.
5. Ensure data integrity andpliance withpany standards.
6. Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be available to start immediately and must be able tomit to work 5 days a week on site. You will be an experienced customer service administrator and have the ability to work well within a team. You will pride yourself on providing a first-class service and be happy tomit to a role that is temporary on an ongoing basis.
