About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our leadership team and drive Serein’s next phase of growth globally. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship-building, and execution. You’ll lead our B2B sales efforts, shape our go-to-market approach, and build lasting partnerships with global clients who are serious about evolving how work works.
What You’ll Do
* Own revenue growth across Serein’s three solution pillars: Comply, Ignite, and Foster
* Drive global sales efforts, leveraging your understanding of cross-regional client dynamics and decision-making structures
* Develop and implement a strategic sales roadmap aligned with business goals, industry trends, and client needs
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
* Build trusted relationships with CHROs, DEI heads, L&D teams, and business leaders
* Identify new markets and opportunities, and co-create tailored proposals that speak to business impact
* Represent Serein externally, from pitches and events to conferences and panel discussions
* Track sales metrics, manage forecasting, and regularly report progress to leadership
What You Bring
* 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ in a leadership role
* Strong track record of selling consulting services or learning solutions to enterprise clients
* Understanding of organizational change, people strategy, or DEI is a strong plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
Mandatory Requirement -
* The ideal candidate must be based in London, as the role requires working from our office at least three times a week and being available for in-person client meetings as they arise.
* We are specifically looking for someone who comes with their own strong client portfolio and an existing network that they can immediately leverage for business growth.
