Responsibilities
If you’re a confident talker who enjoys asking questions and getting to know people, then this could be the role for you. You’ll talk to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them. We’ll give you training on the rest so you’re ready to talk confidently about all our products and services.
We don’t do ‘hard sales’. The role focuses on building conversations with customers and helping them choose the right EE products and services.
We understand life can be flexible; we’ll support you in being successful, including scheduling your own breaks and banking time, with occasional home working as needed.
