What You’ll Be Doing As a General Service Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. Your day-to-day will include: ⦁ Serve food and beverages to customers ⦁ Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery ⦁ Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas ⦁ Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services ⦁ Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise ⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work ⦁ Perform daily paperwork ⦁ Keeps diligent records as required ⦁ Follow food hygiene and safety procedures. Relevant training will be provided ⦁ Basic numeracy skills. ⦁ Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport ⦁ Ability to work a variety of shifts.
