This position is central to delivering a strong people agenda, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, and helping to build a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation.The RoleAs People Partner, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with managers and employees to ensure people initiatives are aligned with business objectives, company values, and local employment legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support on all people-related mattersOversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes, ensuring compliance with local legislationProvide accurate, timely, and practical advice on HR and employee relations matters, ensuring best-practice processes are followedSupport year-end compensation and reward planning, aligning outcomes with performance and market benchmarksMaintain, review, and develop HR policies in line with current legislation, introducing new and innovative approaches where appropriateContribute to employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and cultureSupport leadership capability through coaching, development initiatives, and cultural alignmentPartner on strategic people projects, including DEI, talent management, and organisational designSupport payroll, benefits administration, and fair employment reportingPartner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment to attract, select, and onboard high-quality talentLead and/or contribute to People Team and wider business projects that support the overall people strategyRequired Experience & SkillsDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)3+ years' experience in a generalist HR roleProven experience managing employee relations issuesStrong working knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResults-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and navigate change effectivelyStrong Excel skills, including experience performing reconciliations across systemsCIPD qualified or actively working towards qualificationDesirable ExperienceKnowledge of UK and ROI employment legislationExperience supporting the implementation of a new HRIS, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, testing, and rolloutIf you have any further questions on the role, please feel free to reach out to Brendan McCrory directly.
