What You’ll Be Doing: • Supported a range of administrative functions through the recruitment journey for clients and candidates. • Assisted in posting jobs, preparing CVs, initial telephone screening, sales proposals and CV sourcing to support recruitment and sales activities. • Maintained and updated the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions, campaign activity, and candidate information. • Working across teams to ensure smooth operations while contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the client and candidate experience.
