Senior Finance Manager - Real EstateLondon - 4 days per week£85,000 - £100,000 The companyMy client is a leading UK property developer with a portfolio of impressive developments across the UK. They are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support the financial management of large-scale residential development projects. Working closely with project leadership and finance teams, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across major developments.Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the financial strategy, forecasting and reporting for development projects
* Maintain accurate profit and cashflow forecasts and financial models
* Provide scenario analysis and financial insight to support strategic decisions
* Monitor development costs, financial performance and key risks
* Ensure strong financial controls, VAT compliance and cost reconciliations
* Prepare monthly reporting and quarterly financial reviews
* Act as a key link between development teams and central finance
* Support project teams to ensure financial considerations drive decision-making
What you need
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualified
* Strong financial experience in practice or industry
* Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
