About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assist with daily tasks such as domestic chores, social support, personal care, medication assistance, meal prep, and financial management.
You will support community activities and be prepared for all weather conditions, as many supported individuals lead active lives.
This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, including sleep-in shifts.
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, with sleep-in allowances.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key. Full training, including shadow shifts, will be provided.
You must be over 18 years old; a UK driving license is advantageous. A DBS check for adults and children is required.
