Shift Available: Nights (22:00-06:30)
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
Your Tasks
1. Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
2. Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
3. Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
4. First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
5. Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
6. Ensuring SLA compliance
7. Working in the SAP system
8. Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
9. Creating and evaluating reports
10. Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
11. People management activities
Your Profile
12. Experience of working with computerised systems
13. Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
14. Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
15. Good written and verbal communication.
16. Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
17. Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
18. Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
