Welder Welder Location: Northamptonshire An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced TIG & MIG Welder to join their production team. The company specialises in precision-engineered instrumentation for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing. Carry out basic assembly tasks such as pressure testing and leakage testing. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a tidy, organised work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new production methods. Welder Requirements: Minimum 5 years TIG welding experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Experience with orbital welding or pipe welding Experience working with manipulators or turntables Skilled in welding stainless steel to a very high standard. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with exotic materials (316, Duplex, Super Duplex).
