Early Years Practitioner – Woking, Surrey GU22
Salary: £13.50ph / £28,080pa (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)
Hours: 36 OR 40 Hours over 4 days | 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
* Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
* Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
* Keep accurate records of children’s achievements and activities
* Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement
* Engage in ongoing professional development
About You
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
* Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
* Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
* Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
* Excellent communication skills
* Eligible to work in the UK
