A leading UK alternative business lender is hiring a Head of Corporate to build and lead its introducer and institutional channel.
This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships with banks, accountants, and professional introducers—creating a strong referral network for fast, flexible SME funding solutions for loans c500k-3m pounds.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building a corporate origination channel, targeting high-quality deal flow from established financial institutions and professional networks.
* Develop relationships with banks, accountants, and introducers
* Position the business as a complementary funding partner to high-street banks
* Generate and manage a pipeline of larger, high-quality deals
* Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to execute quickly
* Build a scalable introducer strategy across London and key financial hubs
What We’re Looking For
* Background in corporate banking, commercial banking, or structured finance
* Strong network across: High-street banks, Accountancy firms, Corporate finance / advisory networks
* Proven ability to originate and manage high-value SME or mid-market deals
* Commercial mindset with the ability to position alternative lending alongside traditional banking
* Strong relationship builder with credibility in institutional environments
Package
* £90k–£140k base (depending on experience)
* Strong bonus structure tied to deal origination
