Yard Coordinator
Shift: Monday–Friday
Location: Multi‑site (4 locations)
Are you hands‑on, highly organised, and passionate about maintaining a safe and efficient working environment? We’re looking for a motivated Yard Coordinator to take ownership of site housekeeping, waste processes, and day‑to‑day yard operations across multiple locations.
If you enjoy working outdoors, have strong attention to detail, and like a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Waste Management
1. Gather, organise and prepare waste materials for safe and compliant disposal.
Housekeeping & Site Standards
2. Maintain clean, tidy and well‑organised yard spaces.
3. Uphold our highest housekeeping and safety standards to create a safe environment for all teams.
Product & Stock Control
4. Identify, organise and segregate surplus products.
5. Support occasional stocktakes and inventory checks.
General Yard Operations
6. Collaborate with Health & Safety, Facilities, and Management teams.
7. Carry out a variety of tasks to keep yard operations running smoothly.
8. Follow company safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
9. FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
10. Full, clean driving licence
11. Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Able to work independently across multiple sites
14. Confident communicator and team player
