Maintenance Manager Maintenance - Limewood Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £15.00 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40 Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care. Maintenance Manager £15.00 per hour Contracted to 40 hours per week Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Maintenance Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the home is safe, well maintained and operating efficiently at all times. Within a complex care environment, maintaining high standards across the building and equipment is essential to supporting both residents’ wellbeing and clinical care delivery. The role involves overseeing all aspects of maintenance across the home, including planned maintenance, reactive repairs and ongoing improvements. This includes general maintenance tasks as well as basic electrical, plumbing and building repairs. Regular safety checks and compliance tasks are a core part of the role, ensuring systems such as fire safety and equipment are fully operational. Working independently and alongside the wider team, the role supports a safe, comfortable and well presented environment. Strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach are key, alongside the ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to issues as they arise.
