Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £40-£45k
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Executive Team across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Sales & Marketing. This is a hands-on role where your excellent judgement and discretion will be key.
Executive & Executive Team Support
Proactive diary and calendar management for the CEO and Executive Team, including coordination across time zones
Managing meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
Acting as a central point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalismCEO Support
Managing the CEO's inbox
Monitoring, prioritising, and forwarding emails to the appropriate teams
Drafting responses where appropriate and ensuring timely follow-up on key actionsPeople & Culture Support
Supporting the Head of People & Culture with recruitment coordination and administration
Scheduling interviews
Managing candidate communications and recruitment tracking General Administration
Preparing presentations, documents, and reports, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint
Providing general executive-level administrative support and ad-hoc project assistanceRequirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders/C-suite
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and executive logistics
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and reliability
Strong written and verbal communication skills ✍️
High level of discretion, professionalism, and good judgement
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively with executives who travel frequently
