Location: Chipping, Lancashire (easily commutable from Preston, Longridge, Ribchester, Clitheroe, Whalley, Garstang, and Blackburn)
Salary: Up to £34,145 per year (Basic: £30,545 including paid sleep-ins + Performance Bonus: up to £3,600)
Shifts: 2 on, 4 off (includes paid sleep-ins)

What You'll Do:
* Lead shifts and provide day to day supervision for Residential Support Workers
* Guide behaviour strategies, placement plans, and safeguarding practice
* Attend and contribute to LAC and PEP meetings
* Complete risk assessments and daily records to a high standard
* Organise weekly plans and routines for young people
* Communicate regularly with social workers and external professionals
* Promote a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
What We're Looking For:
* At least 12 months experience in a children's residential care setting
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it)
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management
* A confident, calm approach to shift leadership and teamwork
* A full UK driving licence
* The right to work in the UK with at least 3 years of UK residency (for NVQ funding purposes)
