About The Team
Our Solicitors handle a wide range of serious clinical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric cases. The team is headed by Luke Daniels the Regional Head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham, known for securing impressive results for clients facing life-changing injuries.
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of multi-track medical negligence files
* Support senior colleagues on complex, high-severity cases
* Provide clear, practical legal advice and client-focused service
* Seek interim payments where appropriate to support rehabilitation and care
* NQ Solicitor in medical negligence
* Experience across high-value, multi-track claims
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Empathetic, collaborative and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes
