We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Abingdon, UK on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing support and guidance to management and employees on a variety of HR-related matters.

Role Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,500 - £32,500
Location:Milton Park, Abingdon, UK. This role will be Hybrid with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
* Coordinating new employee orientation and onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating new hire paperwork.
* Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
* Managing employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and questions.
* Managing HR-related projects, including conducting research and analysing data.
* Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
* Deliver all end to end employee life cycle processes. Including new starters, changes and leavers, whilst ensuring accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience throughout.
Skills & Experience
* Must have significant experience within human resources.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
* CIPD qualification in People Management
