The primary function is to support the Operations Co-ordinator with the back to land recycling administration process and assist with PO management, month end activities, query resolution and billing. What you'll be doing: Back to Land Admin (75%) * Support Para 7 documentation processes, including generation, renewal, and submission * Maintain land spreading files and customer portal updates (Rock Highland system) * Manage driver hours and distribute spreading sheets for compliance * Liaise with SEPA on exemption queries and assist with audit prep * Coordinate schedules and provide admin support for compliant land spreading activities General Admin (25%) * Manage SAP purchase orders and submit cost/accrual data for month-end * Support billing via AIMI and maintain accurate financial records * Oversee BACS/card payments and liaise with Accounts Payable on queries * Set up new suppliers/customers and assist with HWS billing when needed * Ensure timely purchasing to support operational efficiency Do you have what it takes? * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong attention to detail and organisation * Effective time management and prioritisation * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable We expect from you to Be accountable, Drive results, Embrace Change, and high levels of Collaboration !
