Responsibilities
:
Project Management:
1. Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources and milestones.
3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Effectively communicate project status, updates and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Campaign Development and Execution:
5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products/services and drive customer engagement.
6. Coordinate with brands, internal teams, external agencies and vendors to execute campaign deliverables such as advertising, content creation, events and digital marketing initiatives.
7. Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to optimise future campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, national accounts, sales, fulfilment and creative professionals, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
9. Serve as the main point of contact for marketing projects, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success.
Budget Management:
10. Manage marketing project budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
11. Track expenses and provide regular updates on budget status to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
12. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
13. Proven experience in marketing project management or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Marketing Agency.
14. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
16. Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics, with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
17. Proficiency in project management tools/software and Microsoft Office suite.
18. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
19. Certification in project management is a plus.
