Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an innovative and forward-thinking manufacturer to recruit a Head of Operations to lead operations at their site in Leeds. Salary: c£75k package The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing including production, purchasing, distribution, and supply chain and will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, improving quality, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. Working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team, the Head of Operations will develop and implement strategies that support growth, sustainability, and world-class manufacturing standards.
