Quantity Surveyor – Façade Specialist

Responsibilities
* Manage the commercial and contractual performance of façade projects from pre-contract to final account.
* Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports in collaboration with project and finance teams.
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring value for money.
* Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
* Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to assess risk, forecast costs, and support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all commercial matters, supporting strong project delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within façades or specialist subcontracting.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical and cost management skills, with a deep understanding of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
* Software Proficiency: Confident user of Excel and industry-standard QS tools.
* Effective Communicator: Able to build trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike.
* Proactive & Precise: You thrive on detail, own your responsibilities, and consistently deliver accurate, timely commercial reporting.
