We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our successful haart Estate Agents team in Peterborough.

2. Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (Dependent on experience)

A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator
9. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
10. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
11. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
12. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
13. A focus on generating new and repeat business
14. Canvassing the local area
15. Door knocking and leaflet dropping
16. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Lettings Negotiator
17. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
18. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
19. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
20. Ability to work under own initiative
21. Good telephone manner
22. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
23. Attention to detail
24. Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
