We are seeking a caring and committed SEN Learning Assistant to join a well-established specialist education setting near Beaminster.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children and young people aged 2 to 18 with a wide range of additional needs.

* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Severe and complex learning difficulties
* Communication and sensory processing needs
* Physical disabilities and medical needs
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Your Role
As an SEN Learning Assistant, you will:
* Support learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assist pupils with communication, regulation, and independence
* Provide personal care and physical support where required
* Work closely with teachers and therapists
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
* A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
* Confidence supporting complex needs
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
