Currently in search of a Senior Service Designer to join one of the UK’s leading digital design consultancies supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes for both the public and private sectors.
You’ll be an experienced Service Designer with at least 4-5 years of experience, ideally with a public sector or consulting background, and eager to grow and develop your skillset within an expanding design practice!
What you’ll do:
1. Lead strategic planning for the client’s service with the user at the heart.
2. Create service maps, value propositions, or service blueprints.
3. Provide advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organisational problems.
4. Work towards common goals and be the voice of the customer in the room.
5. Generate concepts to evolve and improve existing services.
6. Simplify complex information and processes focused on the user and their interaction with the service.
Your ideal background:
* Expertise in designing end-to-end services and improving underperforming services.
* Strong User-Centred design experience.
* Experience delivering workshops, proposals, and assets.
* Experience with GDS is highly desired.
* Mentoring or management experience is advantageous.
