Quantity Surveyor – Utilities / Civils Sheffield | Up to £50,000 | Full Time
A well-established utilities and infrastructure contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term wastewater infrastructure framework, supporting the maintenance and improvement of a regional network.
Key Responsibilities Managing cost control and commercial performance across projects
Preparing applications for payment and valuations
Managing variations, change control, and contractual entitlements
Supporting operational teams with commercial and contractual matters
Producing financial reports and forecasts
Managing subcontractor accounts
Requirements HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
Experience within utilities, civils, or infrastructure preferred
Strong commercial awareness and Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
