HGV Class 1 ADR Shunter Driver
People Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Walsall, who are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Shunter Driver to join their team.

As a Shunter Driver you will play a key role in supporting the safe movement, tipping, loading, and preparation of fleet vehicles.
You will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are brought in, positioned, and maintained correctly throughout the shift, working closely with the Logistics Team Leader.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm - 40 hours per week
Rates of Pay:
£31,668 per annum

Day-to-day duties:
As a HGV Class 1 ADR Shunter Driver your duties will include (but not be limited to):
• Bringing all fleet vehicles in for tipping during the shift
• Supporting and overseeing the reloading of supply stock onto vehicle
• Parking vehicles safely and managing secure key storage
• Completing stock forms for the Logistics Team Leader
• As-and-when outbound loads between two local sites
• Liaising with vehicle hire companies to arrange repairs and fleet maintenance
• Supporting logistics and operational tasks as required
Essential skills:
To be successful as a HGV ADR Class 1 Shunter Driver you will need:
• UK Category CE Driving Licence
• ADR Certificate
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Counterbalance FLT Licence
Training:
Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support
