Leader Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a secondary school who cater for children aged 11 to 16 years old who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs ( SEMH ). The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will have an ability to support teachers and participate to the wellbeing and development of students with SEMH needs. This school takes pride in upholding its fundamental principles, providing great education to 100 students. It caters to their diverse requirements within a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 4pm and is a long-term position.
