DCT Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical/Duct Fitter Supervisor to join an exciting project based at Shotton Mill, Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for steady night work with competitive pay.
Position Details
* Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 19:00 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts including 1-hour unpaid break)
* Saturday Shifts: Optional 8 hours, paid at a higher rate
* Salary: £40 per hour (CIS) for weekdays; £45 per hour (CIS) for Saturdays (8 hours)
* Start Date: Immediate
* Accommodation: Not provided
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Mechanical or Duct Fitter Supervisor, ideally within industrial or construction environments
* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively during night shifts
* Ability to read drawings and ensure quality and safety compliance on site
* Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent results
