We are currently recruiting for a Commercial HR Rely Lead to join our HR Rely team.
This role will be closely aligned to HR Rely, our flagship product, which provides fixed fee employment, HR and advisory support for employers.
Primary Objectives
To create sales opportunities, generate leads and manage selling activities of Weightmans HR Rely service.
Provide practical assistance to the HR Rely Client Relationship Officers (and other client facing fee earners) to ensure key business development opportunities can be explored.
Prospect and develop opportunities for new business, whether that be from new targets in existing sectors, new market sectors or from the existing Weightmans client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Generating new business sales leads with both targeted and existing clients - working closely with Client Relationship Owners and members of the New Business team as appropriate
* Meeting potential buyers of legal products and services in Weightmans’ offices, at their location, at events or selling via telephone and/or remote platform.
* Manage the sales pipeline for new and current and existing new business opportunities within HR Rely and monitor the effectiveness of all related sales activity.
* Work closely with CROs to generate profitable new business revenue, capturing and documenting learnings from sales activities and initiatives to enhance future activities.
* Work on behalf of the firm to develop links with external organisations who are potential introducers, referrers of clients.
